What a wonderful float. Water was a bit low and challenging. Josh maneuvered his drift boat through tough low water quietly and with ease. He positioned us just where we needed to be , far enough away not to put the trout down and just where we could present our flies just above the rising fish with out spooking them. He made my Labor Day weekend one filled with hooking fat Browns while getting a Gunnison River education. I have fished Colorado and Montana rivers with Josh and have enjoyed everyday on the water with him. He is a top shelf professional guide. Looking forward to more days on the water with him.

Josh took my dad and I on a float trip for my dad’s birthday. Absolutely epic float down the Gunnison. Caught fish, saw a bear. Josh is one of the best guides in the valley. Do not hesitate to book with him!
